Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Africa’s most iconic natural wonders, located in northern Tanzania within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, formed about 2-3 million years ago when a massive volcano collapsed.
