8 Days Kenya Tanzania Safari

Travel/Safari Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi (Kenya) – Lake Nakuru.

Departure from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru, Either pick up from the Airport or your hotel. Will have stopovers on your safari along the great rift valley, take photos then proceed to arrive Lake Nakuru in time for Lunch have your lunch and check-in your lodges. Prepare to have an afternoon game drive in the shores of Lake Nakuru, with spectacular views of the flocks of flamingos and tree climbing Lions. Other wildlife includes giraffes, Black and white rhinos. Later in the day return to the lodges for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara.

Wake up very early for morning game drive, before your start Masai Mara safari after having your breakfast. Leave for Masai Mara arrive noon check in your camps, have your lunch then proceed for an evening game drive. Later return for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Full Day Masai Mara game drive.

Morning breakfast and prepare for a full day game drive at Masai Mara. Optionally you choose to have morning balloon safari across the savannah grassland. This only happens with an extra fee of $450. Masai Mara is believed to be the heaven of wildlife, because of the plenty of wildlife in the park. In the safari game drive, you will get the big five, Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Rhinos and the buffalos. Across the savannah, there is also plenty of wildlife, giraffes, hyena, zebras, wildebeest, cheetah, gazelles and birds. If you are lucky to go for the safari in time for wildebeest migration, you would attend which usually takes place at Masai Mara River with a lot of hippos and crocodiles. Lunch will be served en-route and later in the day return to the camps for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Masai Mara – Serengeti. (Tanzania)

Wake up early in the morning have your breakfast then, departure Masai Mara for Serengeti with already parked lunch, pass through the Isebania border to Tanzania. Exchange vehicles and proceed to Serengeti. Arrive Serengeti, check-in into your camps depending on your arrival, you can have a late evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 5

Full Day game drive Serengeti National Park. (Tanzania)

Full Fay at Serengeti, meals as usual and very long Game drive at the park in search of the big five and plenty of birds. There are large herds of Buffalos, small herds of elephants and giraffes, gazelles and thousands of wild birds. If you are lucky to go in time for the wildebeest migration, you will be able to watch the great wildebeest migration. Drive through the savannah grassland then later return to the camps for dinner and overnight.

Day 6

Serengeti – Ngorongoro.

Morning breakfast then proceeds to Ngorongoro crater but fast will have a game drive at Serengeti en-route, have views of the crater. Ngorongoro crater was caused by a volcano eruption, we also have wildlife in Ngorongoro which include Giant gazelles, Lions with a very high population and also the Rhinos. After the game drive having fun at Ngorongoro, then you will proceed to the camps for dinner and overnight.

Day 7

Ngorongoro – Amboseli (Kenya)

After having your morning breakfast departure Ngorongoro to Arusha then to Namanga border then to Amboseli national park. Already parked lunch, arrive Amboseli in the evening. Check-in your camps than for dinner and overnight.

Day 8

Amboseli – Nairobi – Airport.

Wake up very early to start your morning game drive with spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Lunch will be served en-route. Amboseli is full of wildlife like the Red elephants, giraffes, Wildebeest, zebras, cheetahs, and many others. Later in the day return to the camps. Prepares to end your safari by driving to Nairobi for around 3 hours.

Transfer to your hotel or to the Airport to catch your international flight.

Masai Mara Safari.

A safari package to Masai Mara will be memories safari for the rest of the life. It is referred to be the heaven of wildlife and the best safari package in Africa. Masai Maar is famously known for the 8th wonder of the world (wildebeest migration) which happen at Masai Mara and Tanzania’s Serengeti national park, they call it the madness of Masai Mara. The migration involves wildebeest and zebra which move in search of pasture and water, where the incredible scenes are seen at River Masai Mara. River Masai Mara is a territory of the crocodile and hippos, while the wildebeest and zebras have to cross over the river to get to Masai Mara.

Mara is also the only park with a big population of wildlife in Africa. Some of the wildlife animals that you will not fail to see are the big five (Lions, Elephants, rhino, Leopard, Buffalo) and others which include, giraffes, rhinos, antelopes, impalas, warthogs, cheetah, hyenas, while the river territories Are for the crocodiles and hippos. If you get lucky, jeep climbing cheetahs will be all over your safari car and jeep spectacular scene with a lot of taking photos.
