Samburu | Lake Nakuru.
Samburu is one of the parks in Kenya which is considered to have lots of wildlife like Masai Mara but not like Masai Mara. A safari package to Samburu will make you curious to visit Masai Mara for the more diverse experience of wildlife. Some of the wildlife includes Masai Lions, Tanzania cheetah, Leopards, Buffalos, Hippos and crocodiles at River Ewaso Nyiro, Giraffes, Elephants, Baboon, Warthog, Gazelles, impala, and much more wildlife. Samburu is located at the river banks of River Ewaso Nyiro while on the other side of the river, there are Buffalo springs. In time for lunch, return to the camps for Lunch before returning to the wilderness.
Day 1
Departure from Nairobi for Samburu National Park. Wildlife is the giraffe, gravy’s, zebra, and Somali ostrich. Picnic en-route and dinner, overnight done at the camp/lodge.
After having your game drive, you will return to the tent, upgraded camp or luxury lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 2
This is the second day of your safari package and will be spent at Samburu national park full day game drive in search of wildlife. Wake up very early in the morning before having breakfast then departure for your game drive at 6:00 am. Breakfast will be served en-route while having a classic view of wildlife at Samburu.
Later in the Day, you will return to the camps for dinner and overnight and rest till next day 3.
Day 3
The third day will be the last day on Game drive, after having your morning breakfast, you will take off for a morning game drive in the Masai Mara national reserve. In time for lunch (noon), return to the camp/lodge for lunch before preparing to have a return to Nairobi with an en-route game drive.
Arrive in Nairobi very late in the evening, have a transfer to your hotel or to the airport to catch your international flight.
Day 4
4th days of a safari package, ending the travel trip, Wake up morning from your lodges then proceed for a morning game drive which will be your last game drive of the safari. This will just be a last overview of the lake or even take a boat ride in the lake to have a clear view of the birds, flamingos.
In time for lunch, you will have lunch in the lodge before departing to Nairobi which will be 5 – 6-hour drive arriving Nairobi in the evening. A transfer to the hotel will be provided or taken to the airport for your international flight.
