5 and 6: Gorilla trekking at Bwindi national park full day.
Time to have the gorilla safari we have been waiting for a very long time. We drive to Bwindi national park which is a couple if miters away. Bwindi national park is located in the southwestern part of Uganda. The Bwindi national park is home to gorillas that don’t live within the zoo, it is believed to not survive in the zoo, and they are mountain gorillas. In Africa, there are only 3 places you would find gorillas, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda. In these mountains, there is a lot of colds which many could not believe the mountain gorillas would survive. Usually seeing gorilla family is so hard. Very few tourists are allowed to see gorilla’s family.
Grown-up make is usually 2 times bigger the size of the females, having very strong harms, weighting around 400 – 500 pounds and growing up to 6 ft. tall. So fast thing, we get to the gate, and a permit is usually booked before going for the safari. In Uganda before going for gorilla’s safari, you must have booked the permit before even starting the safari. Most of the companies in Uganda usually book the permit long time ago and they can even book permits, for example, a year, that makes it easy because you don’t have all the time to book for a permit.
Accommodation is usually organized in camps and lodges. Before you even start the trekking, you will fats check into your lodge or camps whichever you have booked for.
Later in the evening, return to the camps for dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 6 will be full day’s safari trekking the mountain in search of gorillas. For lunch, you will be going back to the camp or have lunch en-route.
